We had a great experience at Racks Tiendesitas overall! The staff wasn’t initially familiar with the Klook voucher menus, but they were still very accommodating and were able to scan and honor our vouchers without any issues. The food was great, especially the ribs—they were noticeably better than before! The serving was big and more than enough for two people if you’re not big eaters. We also ended up taking home quite a bit of food. The only downside was the waiting time. It took around 45 minutes for our food to be served, so hopefully this can be improved. Despite the wait, everyone enjoyed the meal, and we were happy with the portions and overall experience. Would definitely consider coming back!

took sometime to verify our voucher in SM North branch..it seems rhey are not aware with the promo offered in Klook..but the food is worrh it, good for 2 person if you are a "small-eater".
they even served water with ice for my dog even if we didnt ask for it.

Cravings = solved 😋 Booked our Racks Philippines feast via Klook and got all our faves with zero hassle. Baby Back Ribs + All-American Burger = happy tummy, happy us. Highly recommend!

El personal es muy atento y complaciente, el tiempo de espera es aceptable y la comida es deliciosa. Las costillas están muy tiernas al comerlas y se deshacen en la boca, ¡además su salsa es riquísima!
Great deal, however the items that I got are expiring in 3 month’s time. I tried to exchange it but all the products (batch) available at the time has the same expiring date. Still, great deal.
