Estuve con mi madre en este tour y fue una experiencia muy memorable para nosotros. Primero, reservé un taxi desde la ciudad de Taipei hasta Tein Lai Resort and Spa en Jinshan New Taipei (¿Si eres amante de la naturaleza? Realmente debes reservar este tour 😊). Entonces, llegamos al hotel y unos minutos después de que el auto de taxi se fue, mi madre se dio cuenta de que olvidó su iPhone y su banco de energía en el asiento trasero del auto. Inmediatamente fui a la recepción y los dos miembros del personal que estaban de turno en ese momento (¡lo siento, olvidé sus nombres 😂!) ¡Y no dudaron en ayudarnos! Ambos intentaron comunicarse con el conductor del grab por todos los medios hasta que logramos comunicarnos con el conductor y como el conductor realmente no entiende inglés, el personal es el que habló con el conductor del grab (al principio ya perdimos la esperanza de que las cosas de mi madre no nos fueran devueltas), pero gracias a Dios el conductor regresó (incluso el Resort está muy lejos), le devolvió el iPhone y el banco de energía de mi madre e incluso nos envió de regreso a nuestro hotel en la ciudad de Taipei. 😊😊😊 Era el cumpleaños de mi madre ese día y Tein Lai Resort and Spa no me defraudó para hacerlo realmente especial para ella. El picnic alrededor del jardín abierto con magníficas vistas de la montaña (aunque todavía no hay flores de cerezo que quiero que mi madre vea) es realmente increíble! 😍 y los 2 mayordomos personales fueron muy serviciales y amigables.. (Olvidé sus nombres también. Lo siento 😅) Recomiendo encarecidamente este recorrido para los turistas que aman la naturaleza y sumergirse en las aguas termales naturales.. En general, el lugar, el personal, la comida es realmente increíble y vale la pena por su premio! 😊
