• Children aged 0-15 must be accompanied by an adult
• Children aged 0-5 must be secured in a child safety seat. Please bring one as it is the parent's or caregiver's responsibility
• As this is a shared transfer, please be patient in cases of unforeseen delays along the pick up and drop off route

• For International Flight Departure Shuttle Service, local operator will pick you up at your selected hotel at least 4 hours prior to your flight departure time

Miami International Airport (MIA) Arrival Procedures:

• Step 1: Upon your arrival at airport, proceed to lower level baggage claim, retrieve your luggage
• Step 2: Proceed outside to a SuperShuttle or American Shuttle Kiosk (kiosk number: 2 / 4 /10 / 20 / 22)
• Step 3: Speak with a Customer Service Representative (CSR) wearing a blue shirt, and he/she will assist you with your transportation needs
• If you do not locate CSR, please call the local operator at 1 (305) 871-2000 and indicate your name and location for pick up

Miami International Airport (MIA) Departure Procedures (Optional):

• There is no need to follow these procedures if you booked 24 hours in advance
• From Fort Lauderdale / Broward County: Please call the local operator at 1 (954) 764-1700 at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled departure. Please advise the agent that you have a prepaid voucher to avoid a duplicated reservation
• From Miami-Dade County: Please call the local operator at 1 (305) 871-2000 at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled departure. Please advise the agent that you have a prepaid voucher to avoid a duplicated reservation
