No hay mostrador de GO Airport Shuttle en la Terminal 5 del Aeropuerto O'Hare. Si uno llega a la Terminal 5, debe buscar el letrero de recogida que está fuera del edificio (puede hacer mucho frío en invierno) y tiene que llamar el número que figura en el letrero. De lo contrario, uno tiene que viajar a otra Terminal. Fue bastante frustrante ya que no se dieron las instrucciones adecuadas en el cupón de Klook. Para mí, pregunté por la Terminal 5 y finalmente tomé un transbordo a la Terminal 1. Luego tuve que esperar alrededor de una hora para el transbordo (¡¡SÍ!! una hora!!). Me tomó casi 3 horas desde que aterricé hasta que llegué a mi hotel en Chicago.

Incluso llovió, pero el conductor no estaba a la vista... Finalmente, después de esperar más de una hora, nos trasladamos al hotel. Fue muy difícil porque ni siquiera podía contactarte.
