About this product
- Select the number of days you need when booking. If you decide to keep the device longer, those extra days will be charged at original retail price upon return
- Days are calculated and charged regardless of whether or not you are using the service
- A deposit of HKD 1,000 will be charged upon pick up. The deposit will be refunded after the device is returned

- Rental period: Minimum of 3 days
- For booking inquiries, you may call or send a message to Klook customer support
- If you encounter any service disruption such as unable to connect to internet, slow speed, unable to open the device or any other device disruption, please contact operator’s customer service at: +852 8200 3188 or email corp.order@bananawifi.com
- Please note: If customers can return the device before 06:00 on the return date, no extra day charges will apply. If past the latest return time, the operators will charge as the list price HKD26/day
- Under the Fair Usage Policy, data speed and usage may be limited for users who process large amounts of data in a short period of time. This is at the discretion of the subscribed telecommunications company and may occur without prior notice
- Please refrain from extensive video streaming and/or processing a huge amount of data in a short time
- The operator is not responsible or liable for any changes made to data speed or usage. You will still be charged the agreed upon fee during your rental period

Validity
- Use your voucher at the selected date and time
Pick-up information
- Present your voucher when you pick up the device
- Pay the deposit via credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or cash at the Banana WiFi service counter
Drop-off/return Information
- Deposit is refunded after the device is returned
- Please pay for any extra days you rented the device
- Any fees incurred from late returns or uninsured lost/damaged devices will be deducted from the deposit. An extra fee will be charged if the deposit is insufficient
- If you are returning the device outside opening hours, place the device in a dropbox and pay for any additional days using the deposit
- Upon returning the device in good condition, the full deposit will be returned to the customer. If the deposit was paid by credit card, the operator will refund the deposit to your bank account within 14 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays)
Surcharges
- Additional Days: HKD26 per day
- Loss, damage, or breakage of WiFi device: HKD1,000
- Loss, damage, or breakage of carrying pouch: HKD50
- Loss, damage, or breakage of USB cable: HKD30
- Loss, damage, or breakage of external battery: HKD150
- Loss, damage, or breakage of adapter: HKD60
- Loss, damage, or breakage of SIM replacement fee: HKD200
- There will be a compensational charge in case of loss, damage, or theft. Please notify operator immediately. The user will be held responsible for any illegal or improper use by a third party before giving notice to the company

- No cancellations, or refunds can be made

Llevar un huevo wifi cuando viaja puede ser conveniente para los miembros de la familia que viajan con usted. Puede conectar hasta 6 dispositivos. El huevo wifi no es demasiado pesado y es muy cómodo de llevar cuando sale.
La ubicación es conveniente y puedes recogerlo en el aeropuerto por un precio más económico. Sin embargo, la cola era bastante larga. Necesitas prepararte con tiempo suficiente para subirte a la máquina.
