the best tour package since there are lots of snowfall during our time, the driver/tour guide really took care of us and also took pictures/videos of us. highly recommended for first time doing this activity, will do it again if ever we go back in sapporo.
The view of Mount Moere from within the park was a picturesque backdrop. The snow-capped mountain added a serene and majestic touch to the overall landscape, enhancing the sense of tranquility.

¡10/10 lo recomendaría! Esto es ideal para quienes visitan Sapporo por primera vez y para la mayoría de las actividades invernales. Es un poco difícil llegar a Moerenuma viajando o solo, ¡así que tener al instructor cerca es de gran ayuda! 👍🏼 ¡HIRO ES MARAVILLOSO! Nos enseñó los diferentes tipos de huellas en la nieve y nos tomó fotografías. Fue muy paciente con nosotros. No olvides traer tus gafas de sol y usar mucho bloqueador solar en la cara cuando hagas esto. ¡Disfruté muchísimo esta actividad!

Mr Hiro and company were very accomodating. My daughter and I enjoyed a lot in the park while snowshoeing. They capture videos and pictures like a pro. We highly recommend this activity if you are planning a trip to Sapporo during winter.
活動前一天聯繫Klook客服人員，詢問活動當天集合時間、地點以及導遊聯絡方式，確認集合時間、地點後，Klook說供應商會發email聯繫我，而我卻一直沒有收到，詢問了一下午還是一無所獲，隔天早上提早15分鐘到指定地點等待，還到處詢問路過的人，前前後後花了30分鐘的時間，確定自己被放鳥了⋯⋯ 還好Klook有退款，但僅有退款不免讓人感覺誠意不足，畢竟我們也花了很多時間詢問、等待，行李中也針對滑雪行程準備相關物品，這部份卻必須自行吸收，不免讓人覺得不近人情

Nos lo pasamos muy bien haciendo raquetas de nieve por primera vez. Moerenuma Park fue maravilloso para explorar en la nieve y nuestro guía Jiro tomó algunas fotos geniales en nuestro grupo de 6. El transporte hacia y desde el hotel fue muy conveniente. Muy divertido y genial para principiantes.

es un gran lugar para ir con su familia o amigos. Sería mejor que el guía trajera café o té en un vaso caliente, para que podamos tomarlo en medio del parque o entre los árboles de navidad con la nieve.
