Choose among three vehicle options: a sedan to accommodate 4 passengers, a midsize SUV to accommodate 6, and a full-size van like the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter to transport as much 11 passengers. For airport pick up, you can opt for a meet and greet service where your driver will meet you at the arrival hall while holding a Klook signage. Your driver will patiently wait for you within one hour of your landing time. For hotel pick up, your driver will meet you at the lobby of your hotel within one hour of your scheduled pick up time.

  • Meet and greet service is available at an additional cost of AUD20 per vehicle
  • Any extra large luggage (eg: snowboard, wheelchair and etc.) will incur an additional upgrade fee (payable directly in cash to the driver). Please fill in the notes upon check out for any special arrangements
  • A midnight surcharge of AUD20 will be applied for pick up service between 10:30pm-6:30am

El transporte llegó a tiempo y el servicio es excelente. El conductor se reunió y saludó en la puerta de llegada. Es amable y servicial con nuestra familia. El transporte también es muy cómodo.

El conductor fue rápido y puntual para esperar nuestra llegada al aeropuerto. El coche era espacioso y cómodo. El único inconveniente de las experiencias fue que el conductor tuvo dificultades para encontrar la ubicación exacta del hotel. Pero después de todo, todo está bien.
