- The maximum passengers per car is 4. The driver has the right to refuse service if passengers are more than the capacity of the car
Luggage Information
- Standard Luggage Size: 61cm. Larger bags will be considered 2 pieces
- The total number of passengers and amount of standard luggage should be no more than 6 pieces per car
- Special luggage such as wheelchairs, strollers, sports equipment, etc, will be counted as standard luggage

- Please note that the 10-hour service time will be counted from the pick up time you indicate at the checkout page
- The driver speaks only basic English. Please opt for a guide if you require someone who understands and speaks a higher standard of English
- If you book a guide, he or she will be counted as a passenger and will occupy a seat
- This transfer does not provide child seats
- Please advise your proposed itinerary first once you book so the operator can check if there would be additional surcharge or need to suggest alternative routes or attractions
Surcharge table
- All surcharges are payable in cash directly to the driver
- If the tour ends after midnight, the overtime surcharge for the driver is IDR50,000 per hour
- An overtime surcharge of IDR100,000 per hour (within city limits) and IDR 150,000 per hour (outside city limits) will be incurred if your itinerary goes beyond designated time limit (10 hours usage)
- An additional surcharge of IDR150,000 per car will apply for services in the following areas: Bekasi and Tangerang (Soekarno Hatta International Airport)
- An additional of surcharge is IDR175,000 per car will apply for services in the following areas: Karawang, Serang, Purwakarta to be paid cash directly to the driver

Unidad espaciosa, conductor hospitalario. Muy recomendable. Nos llevó a lugares de interés y se duplicó como guía al mismo tiempo. Generoso y puntual con su tiempo. Visitamos una plantación de té, cenas en la cima de una colina y el zoológico.
El conductor fue amable y respetuoso. El coche estaba limpio. Fuimos al Taman Safari y supuestamente a volar en parapente pero debido a la fuerte lluvia solo hicimos una actividad. Sin embargo, la lluvia hizo que el Safari se viera hermoso. Creo que vale la pena si vas a dos o más lugares en el área de Puncak. Tener un conductor es bueno porque no tienes que preocuparte por el transporte.
fue grandioso. Dadan (conductor) llegó puntual y logramos cubrir lugares según el itinerario. Fuimos a Cimory, Tea Plantation, Little Venice. Lo malo fue el atasco de tráfico en Yakarta a las 4 de la tarde.

Pak Daus es muy amable y servicial. Hizo todo lo posible por atendernos, ya que no podemos ir de safari. Incluso nos sugirió otros lugares, pero como llevamos niños, no podemos ir a muchos sitios.
