El ambiente era bueno y me quedé dormido durante el masaje. Buen masaje y servicio prestado. Debido a una falta de comunicación, nuestra sesión se pospuso una hora, pero lo compensaron ofreciendo un tratamiento capilar gratuito.

BTSからアクセスしやすく、お買い物の合間などにも立ち寄りやすい立地です。 ただ、当日は混み合っていたのか、予約時間から約20分ほど待つことになりました。 ようやく案内されたと思ったところで、担当者から「トイレに行ってきてもいいか」と聞かれ、断ることもできず了承すると、「10分ほど待っていてください」と着替え用のタオルを渡されました。正直、少し戸惑いました。 シャンプーなどのアメニティは香りが良く、その点は好印象でしたが、ヘッドマッサージは急に髪を引っ張られるような感覚があり、私には痛く感じました。おそらく施術のスタイルなのだと思いますが、好みは分かれそうです。ボディマッサージも受けましたが、力が弱く、物足なさを感じました。 また、予約画面にはフェイスケアが含まれていると記載されていましたが、実際の施術にはフェイスケアがなく、内容が異なっているように感じました。施術後も、次のお客さんが控えていたのか、ドライヤーの途中で担当者がそのままいなくなってしまい、少し残念な気持ちになりました。 高評価の口コミも多く見かけていた分、今回は期待していただけに、全体的に残念な印象が残りました。

Fui al Jai Chan Hair Spa (45 minutos). Aunque fueron solo 45 minutos, la experiencia fue una forma encantadora de relajarse y desconectar en medio del ajetreo y el bullicio de Bangkok, y justo dentro del centro comercial. Un breve pero refrescante escape que me dejó sintiéndome recargado.

Reservé esta noche antes, con confirmación instantánea. Súper relajante y vale la pena una visita si quieres un poco de descanso y relajación.

Me hicieron esperar unos 40 minutos desde la hora de la reserva y el agua del tratamiento capilar estaba helada y hacía muchísimo frío. Pero, teniendo en cuenta eso, la terapeuta fue en todo momento amable y atenta en su trato, por lo que diría que es una tienda a la que volvería. El olor del champú era tan bueno que me pregunto qué están usando.

Overall the experience was not bad, but that's it. At such price, I could go for a better massage at some traditional no frills place with better ambience and massage, twice. The palour is a small unit located in a mall, so the feeling of stepping into a different space was missing. You still feel like you were in a busy mall. ASMR was gimmmicky and redundant (just listen to ASMR on your headphones, no need to come here). Head massage was alright, but the prolonged effort of washing and scrubing felt a bit excessive. The shoulder/arm massage felt thrown in without much thought or effort. At the start, you are given a form to state the level of strength you want for your massage. I picked normal, but had to ask the masseuse to increase her strength halfway through as she was not going deep enough to my muscles. To be fair, she did ask a few times if I was ok, I guess my disatisfaction was all over my face at that point and I did not want to trouble them.

We were very disappointed with our visit to this head spa, especially given the positive reviews we had read beforehand. Unfortunately, both therapists we encountered were below standard. My hair was washed with cold water most of the time, without any care or attention, and my partner’s hair was blown dry in less than a minute in an unprofessional manner, with the therapist laughing at the result. We had expected a proper head spa experience with a professional head massage, but instead received a poor hair wash and a very brief shoulder massage that felt more like squeezing than relaxation. Overall, the service fell far short of expectations and did not reflect the quality we were hoping for.

洗一個寂寞的，服務台小姐態度超差。但工作人員是態度很好，但洗頭不知道在洗什麼溫柔的 溫柔到洗完頭皮還是癢 我平常都是讓人家洗😂店家有夠表示不清楚的 問同樓層的店家還表示 沒有這個 後來是回到一樓 百貨的服務人員才又帶我上去的。耽誤不少時間 建議 像我是從center would過去 最好 預抓兩個小時處理這些鬼打牆的事情😂
