  • Step 2: proceed to the Transportation Islands to speak with a uniformed Customer Service Representative. If unable to locate a representative using these instructions, call the local dispatch at 1 (916) 999-3260 for assistance
  • For those in Terminal 1: follow the signs to the Ground Transportation Sky Bridge Escalator near Baggage Carousel No. 3, then take the escalators back down on the side to the "Shuttle For Hire" island
  • For those in Terminal 2: follow the signs to the Ground Transportation Exit near Baggage Carousels No. 6, 7, and 8, then use the crosswalk to reach the "Shuttle For Hire" island
  • For those in Terminal 3 (Commuter): exit the Commuter Terminal doors and use the crosswalk to the "Shuttle For Hire" island

San Diego International Airport (SAN) Departure Procedures (Optional):

  • There is no need to follow these procedures if you booked 24 hours in advance
  • Please call local operator at 1 (800) 258-3826 at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled departure
