El Fairfield by Marriott está muy bien ubicado, cerca de la estación de metro y de la playa. También hay muchos restaurantes en los alrededores y un 7-Eleven en la planta baja. El hotel está limpio, las camas son cómodas y el personal es amable. El Ocean Park es muy espacioso y la experiencia de vuelo es muy divertida.

很失望的一次體驗，預訂禁煙房比安排了一間滿有煙味的房。前台職員要我一等再等。最後要下午3點幾先有房間。不推介再住。套票有願意塔，都算抵。

失望。。原本预訂是為家人慶祝生日，入住前已在klook平台不只一次跟客服溝通，希望酒店作出些生日禮遇，klook 客服也確認已跟酒店溝通，等酒店方當天按情况安排。入住當日到前台辦入住手續時跟職員查詢，酒店說完全沒有收到 klook 的備註，所以不能安排。我對此感到十分失望。如果 klook 不願意跟酒店溝通，可跟我說客人請直接跟酒店溝通，而不是說巳跟酒店備註，但原來是沒有行動。最令我不高興是在入住前我已經不只一次在 klook平台上跟客服查詢，每次答覆都是說巳跟酒店備註。是次預訂經驗大打折扣，對 klook 的服務質素也大打折扣。
