Additional Information:
- Infants aged 0-2 may participate for free as long as they don't occupy a seat. If they need their own seats, they will require a child ticket
- Only 1 infant aged 0-2 per adult may join for free without seats provided
- Prior to the start of the trip, you are strongly recommended to confirm the bus operation
- Operation may be canceled in cases of natural disasters or abnormal weather. In this case, no compensation will be provided. You can, however, request for a reschedule
- The trip might get delayed due to road or weather conditions. Other transport options might be introduced but please note that you will cover the extra fee
- Full refunds can be issued if you cannot arrive at the pick up location and join the tour because of a force majeure situation (i.e. flight delays or cancelations) as long as you provide the necessary certification
- Smoking inside the bus is not allowed
- For your safety, please do not wear your ski boots inside the bus
- Depending on the number of participants, the vehicle may be changed without prior notice to a small or medium sized bus or taxi

No tuvimos ninguna dificultad para utilizar el bono, todavía estaba en el aeropuerto, por lo que fue fácil llegar allí.

Este autobús estaba muy limpio, a tiempo y el punto de recogida estaba muy cerca de nuestro hotel. La foto adjunta es en una de las escalas que tuvimos para ir al baño. Se lo recomendaría a los viajeros por primera vez a Niseko. En general, una gran experiencia para toda nuestra familia.
La forma más conveniente y sin problemas de transporte de sapporo a niseko/rusutsu. Imprescindible sobre todo en invierno.
Reservé los boletos en Taiwán y pensé que era muy conveniente. ¡Lo intentaría de nuevo la próxima vez!
El viaje fue tranquilo y puntual. Sin embargo, hubo una falta de comunicación, le pregunté a Klook en línea pero no recibí una respuesta: mi número de autobús. es 501 (A) pero como miré en el horario, solo el autobús 501 (C) pasará por mi punto de recogida designado en el Hotel Mystays Premier Sapporo Park. Debido a la confusión, fui al JR Tower Hotel Nikko Sapporo, donde el autobús (A) estaba programado para recoger a los turistas a las 8:00 am. No se me permitió abordar, pero el conductor me aconsejó que fuera al Hotel Sunroute New Sapporo, gasté 1,000 yenes adicionales para el taxi y afortunadamente superé el tiempo de recogida.

Servicio conveniente y que ahorra tiempo, pedido anticipado simple en línea, solo preséntese temprano cuando se acabe el tiempo
Manera muy eficiente y conveniente de ir a Niseko desde el aeropuerto New Chitose. También fueron muy rápidos en responder a mis consultas por correo electrónico. :)
