  • Reservations can be made from 1 person and the minimum number of participants is 4. If the minimum is not reached, the tour will be canceled, and notification will be sent via email or message 2 days prior to departure.
  • Children under the age of 3 may join free of charge; however, no seat will be provided on the vehicle. They must be held by a guardian, who is fully responsible for their safety during the tour.
  • Rail bikes are for 4 people per car. If your group has fewer than 4 people, you may be paired with other participants. Thank you for your understanding.
  • The driver will contact you the day before departure and will contact you via Whatsapp/Wechat, etc.
  • In order to fairly protect the rights of all passengers, we will depart on time and will not individually contact or wait for customers before departure on the day. If you are late due to personal reasons, we will not wait for you and will not refund your tour fee.
