  • If you wish to have the SIM card delivered to your mailing address in time, please allow ample time for delivery and book at least 3 working days before your expected date of collection
  • For example, if you wish to have your SIM card delivered by 24 May (Thursday) your booking should be no later than 21 May (Monday)
  • SIM card delivery to East Malaysia (Sabah and Sarawak) is not available

  • The SIM card will be activated automatically. No registration is required
  • Manual Setup is available if not functioning

Cancellation policy

  • No cancellations, refunds, or changes can be made
  • Delivery fees will not be refunded once operator has mailed out the sim card

  • Even with unlimited data, internet speed will drop to 128kbps after 5GB of data is used
  • This is a Data-only SIM card. Calls, texts, or topping up additional credits will not be possible
  • 2G phone or below are unable to use this package
  • This SIM card can only support China and Hong Kong areas but not in Macau area
  • If you are using a new phone, please ensure you have used it with a Malaysian SIM card and made calls of at least 10 minutes to unlock or your phone will not be able to use an overseas SIM card
  • SIM card is valid for 8 days from activation until 23:59 on the 8th day (Malaysia Time +8GMT)
  • If you face any issues with your SIM card, please call +6013 688 1010 (Mondays-Fridays, 9:30-18:00) or reach out to the operator's WhatsApp tech support line +6011 2021 8888 (9:00-23:00, daily)
  • This sim card is only supported in China and Hong Kong areas, but not in Macau
  • To check for data usage, dial * 118 * 50# for free
  • If you run out of data, simply top up your card online
