Activation procedure
- Simply plug in and turn on data roaming in your phone settings to start using it

- All SIM cards must be activated before 30 September 2020

- This SIM card does not support incoming or outgoing phone calls
- 2G phones or below is not supported for this SIM card package
- If you are using a new phone, please ensure you have used it with a Malaysian SIM card and made calls of at least 10 minutes to unlock or your phone will not be able to use an overseas SIM card
- If you are facing any issues with your SIM card, please call +6013 688 1010 (available Monday-Friday at 9:30am-6:00pm) or you can reach out to the operator's WhatsApp tech support line +6011 2021 8888 (available Monday-Sunday at 9:30am-6:00pm)
