Had a wonderful dining experience here! The food was really good and we enjoyed everything. Thank you to the lovely lady who served us as well! Also, a big thank you to Matthew Lok for being so accommodating when we had to change our reservation time because of a sudden change in our travel plans. We really appreciate your understanding and flexibility. We had a great time and will definitely come back!
The food was generally very good — a mix of 5/5 and 4/5 dishes. The staff did a decent job; they were polite and helpful throughout. Beverages aren’t included, but warm water is free of charge.
Whiulst being such a well regarded hotel, and highly rated restaurant, the service was unsatisfactory. At first the normal menus were given, and not the booked buffet, the food was delivered late and to incorrect tables, and the timing of food very delayed. Overall this should have been great experience and everything is present to achieve this, but it very much did not meet expectations.
