Usage reminder
- Day charges are calculated inclusively. For example, if you pick up the device on a Monday and return it on a Thursday, you will be charged for 4 days of usage
- You will be charged for all the days that you are in possession of the WiFi device, whether or not you used the service

Pick-up information
- You can present either a printed or mobile voucher at the kiosk or designated meeting point
- You will be required to make a refundable deposit of RM200 (by cash only)
Drop-off/return Information
- Return the device to the the kiosk or designated meeting point
- You will be refunded the full RM200 deposit should everything be in order
- Please note that pick up and drop off days are inclusive in the booking period - any extra days will be charged at the original retail price of RM28/day x 1.5 x the number of extra days
Delivery information
- For any changes to your device rental during rental period, please call our operator's 24 hour hotline: +60 17 888 8201
- If you use more days than you originally booked, you will be charged at the original retail price (RM28 x 1.5 x the number of extra days) for any extra days when you return the device
Surcharges
- Any surcharges incurred must be paid directly to the operator

Usé el dispositivo wifi en mi viaje a Japón y esa es la razón principal por la que elegí Wiyo nuevamente para mi próximo viaje (Reino Unido). Definitivamente vale la pena y, en cuanto a conectividad, es mucho mejor que cualquier otro dispositivo wifi.
Mejor decisión tomada. la conexión fue genial! Lo usé en Londres, París, Suiza, Amsterdam, Alemania. La cobertura fue genial. Puedo usarlo para actualizar mis redes sociales e incluso como GPS para direcciones.
Me encanta la recepción mucho. Tráelo en un paseo en globo aerostático. La recepción es excelente. Incluso puedo ver a mi familia en msia.❤️
Habría sido 5 estrellas. Pero el 14 de enero de 2020 no pudimos usar el wifi desde la mañana hasta más tarde alrededor de las 2:00 p. m. Afortunadamente, mi hijo (que usa el número de Irlanda) tiene datos y usé su punto de acceso para contactar al agente de Wiyo para informarle sobre el wifi. De lo contrario, el wifi de viaje de Wiyo hizo su trabajo maravillosamente. También había alguien para dar y recoger el dispositivo en KLIA. Muy conveniente. Muy recomendable usar este wifi de Klook. ¡Gracias Klook!
Intenté suerte... Hice una reserva de última hora en KLIA y pude conseguirlo en una hora, lo cual fue genial... 😊😊😊
