- Delivery is available within Jabodetabek, Bandung, Surabaya, Yogyakarta, Medan, and Bali city limits only
- Delivery will be using JNE Courier. You can get the tracking number by visiting the website https://klookresi.unisim.id/. To check the latest status of your delivery, visit https://www.jne.co.id/id/tracking/trace
- Please book your SIM card at least 5 days prior to your travel date
- Please input your address and contact details at the checkout page
Activation procedure
- The SIM card is valid for your selected duration after activation on a 24 hour basis. If you activate your SIM on 1 Oct at 21:00, it will be valid until 9 Oct 21:00
Cancellation policy
- No cancellations, refunds, or changes can be made once the sim card is delivered
- Refund might be requested for cancelations made prior to delivery of the SIM card by operator
- The SIM card will only be refunded in cases of operational issues. Delivery fees will not be eligible for refunds

- This is a Data-only SIM card. Calls, texts, or topping up additional credits will not be possible
- SIM card validity is calculated starting from the activation time. If the SIM card is activated at 15:00, it will be inactive on the last day at 15:00 as well
