- Under the Fair Usage Policy, data speed and usage may be limited for users who process large amounts of data in a short period of time. This is at the discretion of the subscribed telecommunications company and may occur without prior notice
- Please refrain from extensive video streaming and/or processing a huge amount of data in a short time
- The operator is not responsible or liable for any changes made to data speed or usage. You will still be charged the agreed upon fee during your rental period
- The number of rental days will be counted starting from the date of departure to the date of arrival. For example, a total number of 5 rental days will be counted from 1-5 Dec
- The customer will be liable for any damages/loss of the device (capped at SGD100)

experiencia increíble aunque fue un poco de prisa
La empresa no entregó el artículo WIFI y no se pudo contactar. Intenté que KLOOK me ayudara. Hablé con 5 agentes diferentes del servicio cus y obtuve mi chat terminado 3-5 veces de OTROS agentes y mi problema NO RESUELTO. Ahora, tengo que encontrar otra alternativa y mi vuelo sale en unas horas. Horrendo servicio.
No tuve problemas de wifi durante mi estadía en Corea durante 15 días. Definitivamente lo usaré nuevamente para mis próximos viajes.
