No entregó al final. Descubrimos que no habrá entrega después de numerosos chats y llamadas. Muy irresponsable. Nos dijo que esperáramos el correo electrónico que nadie envió. Había sido cliente de Klook durante muchos años. Nadie nos avisó. Tuvimos que buscar otro a las pocas horas de nuestro vuelo. Servicio muy terrible. Ya no usaré Klook. Muy molesto y decepcionado.
Mala experiencia. El artículo no llegó y no había un número para llamar. Klook no pudo ayudar a tiempo porque tampoco tenían el número de contacto del proveedor. No pude encontrar otro wifi portátil a tiempo porque otros proveedores ya habían cerrado durante la semana. No recomiendo esto en absoluto.
