【Wheelchair ticket verification】

  • 1.Make a booking on this page, customer service team will contact within 3 working days via the confirmed booking (Booking made on this page is intended for the verification of wheelchair seats only, and not for official ticket purchases) .
  • 2.Submit personal information (including but not limited to the proof of mobility difficulties^) via the form provided by customer service team. [Please Submit the form within 48 hours, otherwise, the verification booking will be cancelled.] ・Applicant’s name must be the same as the name of the proof.
  • 3.Upon submitting this form and successful verification, customer service team will inform you for making a official booking within the designated time frame on the specific page.

^ Proof of mobility difficulties means “Registration Card for People with Disabilities” (Physical Disability) or other valid medical documentary proof showing physical disability or mobility difficulties.

  1. 本演唱會之主辦單位為MakerVille Company Limited（「主辦單位」）。
  2. 觀眾必須持有效門票方可進入本演唱會場地，且限制每人一張門票。進場人士必須遵守本演唱會及場地之特定條款限制，包括但不限於年齡限制、行為規範、禁止攜帶物品等。如有任何違規行為，場地工作人員有權拒絕其入場或要求離場。
  3. 本演唱會只限 6 歲或以上持有效身份證明文件人士入場，年齡未滿16歲之人士須由家長或監護人陪同入場。場地工作人員有權查驗參加者的身份證明文件以驗證年齡，如未能通過驗證，場地工作人員有權拒絕其入場。
  4. 本演唱會門票資料及入場確認碼（如有）一經刪除、修改或篡改，即告失效作廢。如有任何遺失、損毀、塗改、偽造、偷竊、欺詐或未經授權使用之情況，主辦單位將不會承擔任何責任或補發門票，任何影印本均視作無效。如有任何爭議，概以主辦單位之紀錄為準，主辦單位具有最終決定權。
  5. 主辦單位若發現或懷疑有人炒賣本演唱會門票或從事任何違法行為（包括但不限於盜用個人資料或偽造身份證明文件），主辦單位有權取消相關人士之購票及/或入場資格，並取消相關門票，主辦單位亦保留採取法律行動的權利。被取消購票和/或入場資格的人士將無法進入活動場地，同時被取消的門票亦將失效，所有已支付的門票費用，包括手續費均不會退還。
  6. 主辦單位保留權利更改本演唱會之內容而不作退票或換票。
  7. 主辦單位有權隨時更改或延遲本演唱會之演出日期、取消本演唱會、重新編配或刪減座位，而不會就此對有關人士之任何期望落差、不便、損失或損害承擔任何責任。如有任何爭議，主辦單位所作的決定為最終。
  8. 持票人士須根據本演唱會門票的行數及座位編號入座。
  9. 持票人士須遵守香港法例、主辦單位及場地之安全指引、場地規則、主辦單位及場地工作人員的指示。進場人士應自行注意個人安全，避免在場內出現任何危險或不安全行為。主辦單位有權拒絕任何未能遵守相關規例的持票人士進場或隨時要求該等人士離開。如有任何緊急情況，進場人士應立即向工作人員尋求協助。
  10. 主辦單位有權決定遲到者入場的時間及方式，持票人士應遵守主辦單位及/或場地工作人員之指示及安排入場。
  11. 本演唱會場內請勿攝影及攝錄，除特許人員外，所有人士嚴禁攜帶攝影及攝錄器材進場。
  12. 嚴禁在本演唱會場內吸煙、飲食、錄音、攝影、錄影或直播，或攜帶玻璃瓶、食品、飲品、金屬利器、易燃物品、鐳射指示器、升空氣球或金屬氣球等危險物品進入本演唱會場地。
  13. 所有人士均不得攜帶任何動物（除經場地事先書面同意的導盲犬外）進入本演唱會場地。
  14. 為避免干擾演唱會的進行，請在本演唱會進行期間關掉鬧鐘及手提電話的響鬧裝置。
  15. 嚴禁攜帶任何影響或妨礙他人視線及欣賞本演唱會的物件進場，包括但不限於38×30×20厘米以上手提包/背包、大面積燈牌（燈牌最大體積為38x30x20 厘米）、自拍桿、氣球、旗幟、長傘及板凳等，主辦單位保留沒收上述物件至本演唱會完結的權利。如有上述限制物品，請寄存於場地之行李寄存服務櫃位或地下的自助儲物櫃箱。
  16. 若任何人士違反本條款及條件、違反主辦單位及/或場地規則、騷擾他人或從事任何主辦單位認為不適當的行為，主辦單位有權要求相關人士立即離開場地，並不予以任何賠償或退款。
  17. 本演唱會之過程可能會被拍攝、錄影及/或現場直播，主辦單位有權（但非義務）在世界各地的電視及其他主辦單位認為適合的媒體上，及/或以其他任何形式廣播或發佈。所有本演唱會之知識產權，包括但不限於現場錄影及/或其相關過程中所錄製的影音製品的知識產權及其他一切權利均由主辦單位永久擁有。持票人進入演唱會場地即表示同意被錄音或拍攝，持票人士在此不可撤銷地放棄其對有關本演唱會現場錄影及/或其相關過程的影音錄影製品內容現有及未來的所有權利（包括但不限於版權、知識產權及精神權利）。
  18. 在法律允許的最大範圍內，主辦單位不會對持票人士或其他人士就參與本演唱會或其相關過程、接受或使用紀念品（如有）、或參加任何與紀念品（如有）有關的活動而導致任何直接或間接的傷害、損害、損失、費用、意外、延誤或不便承擔任何責任。
  19. 如本演唱會開場時間前四小時懸掛八號或以上風球或黑色暴雨警告訊號，或因任何原因需取消或改期，請留意主辦單位Facebook專頁 (https://www.facebook.com/MakerVille.official )/ Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/makerville.official )/ MIRO Facebook專頁 (https://www.facebook.com/MIRO.weallare ) / Instagram (https://instagram.com/miro.weallare ) 及/或MIRROR Facebook專頁 (https://www.facebook.com/MIRROR.WeAre ) / Instagram(https://www.instagram.com/mirror.weare ) 內的最新公佈。
  20. 購買本演唱會門票的人士、持票人士及進場人士同意受本條款及條件及所有與本演唱會相關的適用規定所約束。主辦單位保留不時更新或修改本條款及條件的權利，而不作另行通知，如有任何更新或修改，相關條款將於發佈在主辦單位Facebook專頁 (https://www.facebook.com/MakerVille.official ) / Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/makerville.official ) 後即時生效。如有任何爭議，主辦單位將擁有最終的決定權和具約束力的決定。
  21. 本條款及條件受香港特別行政區（「香港」）法律管轄。購票人士、持票人士及進場人士同意受香港法院的專屬司法管轄權管轄。
  22. 如有任何爭議，亞洲國際博覽館管理有限公司及主辦單位保留最終決定權。

Admission Arrangement

The use of wheelchairs or electric wheelchairs on AWE premises is subject to the following conditions:

  • Wheelchair seat tickets are designated for persons who depend on wheelchair for mobility and their accompanying minders. When purchasing wheelchair seat tickets, each wheelchair user is entitled to purchase a maximum of one minder at the same time. Wheelchair seat ticket holders must produce proof of mobility difficulties* upon demand by AWEM during admission. AWEM will refuse admission without refund, in case of non-wheelchair user or any person accompanying any non-wheelchair user holding wheelchair seat ticket or minder ticket for admission. AWEM and the event organiser reserve the right to have the final decision in case of any disputes.

  • Wheelchair users with tickets may contact AWE (+852-3606 8000) for admission assistance. They are also advised to arrive at the performance venue with sufficient lead time for admission.

Important Notice

  • Unauthorised photography, filming or recording is strictly prohibited in the event hall. Bag searches will be conducted prior to entering the event hall. Article bigger than the dimensions of 38 cm X 30 cm X 20 cm (i.e. 15 inches X 12 inches X 8 inches) as well as all professional cameras, video/voice recorders and stools/folded chairs are not allowed in the event hall. Long umbrellas are not allowed in the event hall. Please place restricted article(s) at Baggage Storage Counter or self-service lockers at the Ground Floor Level.
  • All tickets must purchase from official ticketing agents. Defaced, damaged, copied or otherwise altered tickets will not be entertained.
  • All tickets are non-refundable or non-exchangeable. Each ticket admits one (1) person only, subject to any age restrictions set by the organiser. Reissues for lost free seating or standing tickets cannot be processed under any circumstances.
  • For safety reason, selfie stick is prohibited in AsiaWorld-Expo.
  • Age limit for Seated zone: 3 or above.
  • Smoking is prohibited in AsiaWorld-Expo.
  • No outside food and beverage are allowed in AsiaWorld-Expo.
  • No glass bottles, inflated objects that are lighter-than-air in any kinds of materials (i.e. balloons), hazardous materials, weapons, aerosol cans and any sharp objects is allowed inside the event hall.
  • Possessing or using any illegal drugs is prohibited inside AsiaWorld-Expo.
  • Selling or distributing unauthorized merchandise or other items is strictly prohibited within AsiaWorld-Expo.
  • No standing on chairs.
  • No waiting at staircase and circulation corridor.
  • Possessing and using fireworks, pyro or laser / LED light board device is prohibited.
  • No remote-controlled aerial device or toy is allowed (e.g. model helicopters or drones).
  • Performance may contain strong and strobe lighting and smoke, please inform any medical staff or security of AsiaWorld-Expo, if feeling unwell or any assistance is needed.
  • No ticket scalping is allowed. AsiaWorld-Expo Management Limited and the event organiser reserve the right to void any ticket if it is used, resold, shared or used for any commercial purposes or association.
  • Latecomers may only be admitted during a suitable break in the event. However, admittance is not guaranteed due to lateness.
  • No animals are permitted in AsiaWorld-Expo except registered guide dogs upon obtaining prior written consent of AsiaWorld-Expo Management Limited.
  • The ticket holder agrees to abide by the applicable rules and regulations of AsiaWorld-Expo, event organiser and the official ticketing agent, as amended from time to time without notice, and use of this ticket by the ticket holder shall be deemed as express acceptance of same.
  • AsiaWorld-Expo Management Limited as the venue provider cannot guarantee the participant’s view is totally free from any obstruction during an event.
  • AsiaWorld-Expo Management Limited and the event organiser reserve the right to have the final decision in case of any disputes.
  • If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English version and the Chinese version of this Notice, the English version shall prevail.
