- Present your voucher, passport or photo ID, and boarding pass when you pick up the SIM card

Activation procedure
- The SIM card will be activated automatically. No registration is required
- Please note: SIM Card registration will require the staff to take a photo of your passport. The registration process will require you to sign the document and pay IDR6,000 for stamp at the booth. We strongly recommend that you allow the staff at the booth to assist you with the installation and activation of the SIM Card as there could be complications with the installation
- Important: Please bear in mind that activation process will take up to 2 hours
- All SIM cards will be activated after redemption with validation and verification by the staff at the booth. If you would like to activate your SIM cards on different dates, please make a separate booking and redeem the cards on separate dates

- Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 24 hour(s) before the selected activity date

- For same-day booking, please book at least 2 hour(s) before your selected pick up time to ensure your booking is confirmed
Usage reminder
- Under the Fair Usage Policy, data speed and usage may be limited for users who process large amounts of data in a short period of time. This is at the discretion of the subscribed telecommunications company and may occur without prior notice
- Please refrain from extensive video streaming and/or processing a huge amount of data in a short time
- The operator is not responsible or liable for any changes made to data speed or usage. You will still be charged the agreed upon fee during your rental period
- The SIM card registration process will take about 30 minutes
- The SIM card is inclusive of 300 minutes local and international calls and 300 free local and international SMS. You are responsible with all the SIM Card services
- Please fill in your passport details at checkout for SIM card booking purposes
- 1 passport is valid for 1 SIM Card and can be used for 14 days only. If you stay for more than 14 days or run out of data before 14 days, you need to top up internet data packages through MyTelkomsel app or GraPARI Telkomsel all around Indonesia
- It is highly recommended that you check the SIM’s total coverage area prior to purchasing. Please be informed that the speed of your connection is dependent on the reception at your current location
- If you find any difficulties in using the SIM Card, please restart your phone first and if the problem still occurs, please call the customer hotline number listed on your SimPATI Tourist Card Package

Después de bajarme del avión y recoger mi equipaje, había muchas tiendas que vendían tarjetas SIM, encontré una tienda con el logo de Klook, escaneé el cupón y lo obtuve rápidamente.

Después de pasar la aduana, originalmente me ordenaron que descansara en el mostrador rojo de telecomunicaciones, pero no supe si pregunté en la tienda cercana. Vi el cartel de KLOOK cuando salí por la puerta del aeropuerto. El personal tomó una fotografía de su pasaporte y lo ayudó a instalarlo. No hubo ningún cargo adicional. Estaba instalado y listo para usar, y no hubo necesidad de esperar. Fui al centro, este y sur de Bali y todo fue sobre ruedas👍🏻

Muy fácil de reclamar. No hay necesidad de dar pagos adicionales. También fueron los que insertaron el sim en el enrutador. Estaban ubicados justo antes de las puertas de salida del aeropuerto. Debido a que teníamos wifi con nosotros en todas partes, fue fácil agarrar y encontrar los restaurantes a los que queríamos ir. Gran compra.

Reservar la SIM Turista de Telkomsel a través de Klook tiene múltiples ventajas. Pagué la tarjeta SIM en mi moneda local. Ahorra tiempo y molestias en el aeropuerto, especialmente porque debe proporcionar los detalles del pasaporte (esto se puede hacer más fácilmente en Klook al proporcionar los detalles en el momento de la reserva) y debe pagar en efectivo si no reserva previamente a través de Klook. Habíamos reservado 3 tarjetas SIM y el tiempo total empleado en el mostrador durante, como máximo, 5 min. Activan la SIM en el acto, aunque Klook menciona que la activación puede demorar un máximo de 2 horas. Definitivamente lo recomendaré.

Te sugiero que compres aquí en Klook, mucho más barato y sólo tienes que recoger la sim en el aeropuerto cuando llegues. Funciona y la señal es buena. Mi mejor amigo y yo compramos nuestros dos Sims aquí. Definitivamente lo recompraremos cuando decidamos visitar Bali nuevamente. 😊
