【Authentication Process】

1. Please place an order on this page, and the customer service team will contact you with the confirmed order number within 3 working days (The order on this page is only used to verify the wheelchair seat, not the formal ticket order) .
2. The customer service team will provide a form to collect your personal information (including but not limited to proof of mobility impairment^). [Please submit the form within 48 hours, otherwise the verification order will be cancelled. ]
3. After successful verification, the customer service team will notify you within 5 working days and arrange for you to place an order for the formal admission ticket for the rotating seat on the designated page at the specified time.

^Proof of mobility impairment refers to the "Registration Card for Persons with Disabilities" (Physical Disability Category) or other valid doctor's certificate to show mobility impairment.

**Any person who is not a wheelchair user or is not accompanying a wheelchair user holding a wheelchair seat ticket or a caregiver ticket will be refused entry by AsiaWorld-Expo Management Limited and his/her companions, and no refund will be arranged. In the event of any dispute, AsiaWorld-Expo Management Limited and the organizer reserve the right to make the final decision. **

• The organizer of this concert is MakerVille Company Limited ("Organizer").
• Audiences must hold valid tickets to enter the concert venue, and each person is limited to one ticket. Visitors must comply with the specific terms and conditions of this concert and the venue, including but not limited to age restrictions, behavioral regulations, prohibited items, etc. If any violation occurs, the venue staff has the right to refuse entry or ask them to leave.
• This concert is only open to people aged 6 or above with valid identification documents. People under the age of 16 must be accompanied by their parents or guardians. The venue staff has the right to check the identification documents of participants to verify their age. If the verification fails, the venue staff has the right to refuse entry.
• The ticket information and admission confirmation code (if any) of this concert will be invalid once deleted, modified or tampered. The organizer will not be responsible for or reissue tickets in the event of any loss, damage, alteration, forgery, theft, fraud or unauthorized use, and any photocopied copies will be deemed invalid. In case of any dispute, the records of the organizer shall prevail and the organizer has the final decision.
• If the organizer finds or suspects that someone is speculating on the tickets of this concert or engaging in any illegal activities (including but not limited to stealing personal information or forging identity documents), the organizer has the right to cancel the ticket purchase and/or admission qualification of the relevant person and cancel the relevant tickets. The organizer also reserves the right to take legal action. Persons whose ticket purchase and/or admission qualification are cancelled will not be able to enter the event venue, and the cancelled tickets will also be invalid. All paid ticket fees, including handling fees, will not be refunded.
• The organizer reserves the right to change the content of this concert without refunding or exchanging tickets.
• The organizer has the right to change or postpone the performance date of this concert, cancel this concert, re-arrange or delete seats at any time based on the safety of the entrants, venue requirements and/or any other factors or reasons, and will not bear any responsibility for any expectation gap, inconvenience, loss or damage to the relevant persons. In case of any dispute, the decision made by the organizer is final.
• Ticket holders must take their seats according to the row and seat number on their tickets (or instructions from the organizer or venue staff).
• Ticket holders must comply with Hong Kong laws, safety guidelines, venue rules, and instructions from the organizer and venue staff. Visitors should pay attention to their own safety and avoid any dangerous or unsafe behavior in the venue. The organizer has the right to refuse entry to any ticket holder who fails to comply with the relevant regulations or ask such persons to leave at any time. In case of any emergency, visitors should immediately seek assistance from the staff.
• The organizer has the right to decide the time and method of entry for latecomers. Ticket holders should comply with the instructions and arrangements of the organizer and/or venue staff.
• Please do not take photos or record videos in this concert. Except for authorized personnel, all persons are strictly prohibited from bringing photography and recording equipment into the venue.
• Smoking, eating, recording, photographing, recording or live-streaming are strictly prohibited in this concert venue, or bringing dangerous items such as glass bottles, food, drinks, metal sharp objects, flammable items, laser pointers, balloons or metal balloons into this concert venue.
• No one is allowed to bring any animals (except guide dogs with prior written consent from the venue) into this concert venue.
• To avoid interfering with the concert, please turn off the alarm clock and mobile phone beeping devices during this concert.
• It is strictly prohibited to bring any objects that affect or hinder others' sight and enjoyment of this concert into the venue, including but not limited to handbags/backpacks larger than 38×30×20 cm, large-area light boards (the maximum size of light boards is 38x30x20 cm), selfie sticks, balloons, flags, long umbrellas and benches, etc. The organizer reserves the right to confiscate the above items until the end of this concert. If you have the above restricted items, please deposit them at the luggage storage counter of the venue or the self-service locker box on the ground floor.
• If any person violates these terms and conditions, violates the rules of the organizer and/or the venue, harasses others or engages in any behavior that the organizer deems inappropriate, the organizer has the right to ask the relevant person to leave the venue immediately without any compensation or refund.
• The process of this concert may be filmed, recorded and/or broadcast live, and the organizer has the right (but not the obligation) to broadcast or publish it on television and other media around the world as the organizer deems appropriate, and/or in any other form. All intellectual property rights of this concert, including but not limited to the intellectual property rights and all other rights of the audio-visual products recorded during the live recording and/or its related processes, are permanently owned by the organizer. Ticket holders entering the concert venue agree to be recorded or filmed, and ticket holders hereby irrevocably waive all their existing and future rights (including but not limited to copyright, intellectual property rights and moral rights) to the audio-visual products of the live recording and/or its related processes of this concert.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Organiser shall not be liable for any direct or indirect injury, damage, loss, expense, accident, delay or inconvenience caused to ticket holders or other persons as a result of their participation in this concert or its related processes, acceptance or use of souvenirs (if any), or participation in any activities related to souvenirs (if any).
• If Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is hoisted four hours before the start of this concert, or if the concert needs to be cancelled or rescheduled for any reason, please pay attention to the latest announcement on the Organiser’s Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/MakerVille.official) / Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/makerville.official) and COLLAR Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/collar.weare).
• Ticket holders, ticket holders and entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable regulations related to this concert. The Organiser reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice. Any updates or amendments will take effect immediately upon being posted on the Organiser’s Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/MakerVille.official ) / Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/makerville.official ). In the event of any dispute, the Organiser’s decision will be final and binding.
• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (“Hong Kong”). Ticket purchasers, ticket holders and entrants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
• In the event of any dispute, the decision of AsiaWorld-Expo Management Limited and the Organiser shall be final.
