- Step 1: Collect your luggage at airport luggage claim
- Step 2: Proceed to the upper level and outside, to the curb
- Step 3: Present the voucher to a uniformed SuperShuttle Customer Service Representative at the curb for transfer assistance and instructions

Staff not good and not easy to find the point to pick up
Tome el autobús de enlace compartido del aeropuerto operado por SuperShuttle. El autobús de enlace recogerá a 7-8 pasajeros a la vez para llevarlos al hotel en la ciudad. Si el equipaje es grande, está lejos de la estación BART MRT, o del el tiempo para ir al aeropuerto es temprano o un vuelo tardío, es muy adecuado tomar el traslado al aeropuerto Share Van desde y hacia el aeropuerto. ※Nota: SuperShuttle estará cerrado el 31 de diciembre de 2019
Gran servicio muy puntual y complaciente cuando nuestro vuelo fue cancelado cambiaron la reserva en un aviso muy tarde sin costo adicional. El conductor fue amable y servicial y el servicio de transporte siempre llegó a tiempo. Por cierto, el número de furgonetas es inferior al de otras empresas. Tuve que esperar una hora.
