Shared New York Airport (JFK, LGA, EWR) Transfers to/from New York City

Confirmation:

• You will receive a confirmation email and voucher instantly after booking
• In the event that you do not receive an email from us, please check your Spam folder or notify us via email
• For Departure Shuttle Service (hotels to airports), you will receive a confirmation email with SuperShuttle Confirmation Number and Pick-up Time directly from local operator

Additional Information:

• Price applies to all ages
• Children 0-15 must be accompanied by an adult
• Children 0-5 must be secured in a child safety seat. Please bring one as it is the parent's or caregiver's responsibility
• As this is a shared transfer, please be patient in cases of unforeseen delays along the pick up and drop off route
• Please fill out your Flight Information and Destination Information in the space provided when booking. Refusal may cause the failure of your shuttle service bookings
• Klook and SuperShuttle are not responsible for any damage or loss to your personal belongings
• For International Flight Departure Shuttle Service, local operator will pick you up at your selected hotel at least 4 hours prior to your flight departure time
• Once the van departs the airport to NYC, the route is determined by the location of passenger hotels. The closest hotel is first, next closest is second, and so forth

LGA and EWR Airport Arrival Procedures:

• Step 1: Collect your luggage at airport luggage claim
• Step 2: Proceed to the Ground Transportation Welcome lDesk in your arriving terminal
• Step 3: Present the voucher to the agent at the desk for transfer assistance and instructions
• The Ground Transportation Welcome Desk does not have a record of SuperShuttle’s reservations. This desk is staffed by the Port Authority of New York & New Jersey to provide customer assistance. When you arrive at the desk with your voucher, the staff simply contacts Supershuttle and the driver goes to the location to pick you up
• Please pick up a phone at the nearby transportation phone bank and dial 29 for SuperShuttle if the agent is not available at the Ground Transportation Welcome Desk

JFK Airport Arrival Procedures:

• Step 1: Collect your luggage at airport luggage claim
• Step 2: Proceed to the Ground Transportation Welcome Desk, the desk will be on the right after you leave the secure area
• Step 3: Present the voucher to the agent at the desk for transfer assistance and instructions

Ground Transportation Welcome Desk Locations

• Terminal 1: Desk is directly on the left once you leave the secure area
• Terminal 4: First desk on the right after your leave the secure area
• Terminal 7: Turn right once you leave the secure area, and the desk will be on the left
• Terminal 8- International Arrivals: Turn right once you leave the secure area (u-turn around the ropes), and you will walk through the Welcome Center
• Terminal 8- Domestic Arrivals: The desk is directly across from the secure area exit

New York Airports Departure Procedures (Optional):

• There is no need to follow these procedures if you booked 24 hours in advance
• Please call local operator at 1 (212) 258-3826 or 1 (800) 258-3826 at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled departure
• Please advise the agent that you have a pre-paid voucher to avoid a duplicated reservation
