Set against the backdrop of “Tarui Southern Beach,” a famous spot in Sennan City, participants can enjoy a magical time, wishing for their hopes for the future to reach the sky with their lanterns, amidst the beautiful seaside scenery.
Up to 4 people per lantern can enter the lantern launch area, allowing families and friends to spend a special time together. [About Launch Lanterns and Tickets]
・The lanterns use LED lights, so children can enjoy them safely. ・Please do not release the launch lanterns into the sky. For environmental protection, they will be released with a string attached. ・The handle and string are integrated, and the handle itself acts as a weight, so the lantern will not fly away even if you accidentally let go. ・We do not accept cancellations, date changes, or refunds after application due to customer convenience. Please be aware of this in advance. ・The release of launch lanterns may be canceled or postponed, or some content may be changed due to weather conditions. ・In the event of unavoidable reasons such as natural disasters or the prevention of infectious disease spread, decisions regarding postponement will be announced on the ticket sales page and our company website. In such cases, refunds will not be accepted. If postponed, your tickets will be valid for the postponed performance, so please keep them carefully.
This event will proceed in light rain. In such cases, the specifications of the lanterns may be changed. Please be aware of this in advance.
There are no discounts for seniors or people with disabilities (for the individual).
No refunds will be given for incorrect ticket purchases. Please check carefully when purchasing.
Tickets purchased through private sales, auction sites, or discount ticket shops are not guaranteed to be valid. Furthermore, the resale of tickets for profit is strictly prohibited under any circumstances.
We will not compensate for delays or non-arrival due to congestion, accidents, etc. We also will not compensate for travel expenses in the event of cancellation or postponement due to bad weather.
For damaged or lost tickets, reissuance will not be done under any circumstances, even if you have proof of purchase (issuance certificate, receipt, purchase screen).
Content may be changed due to natural disasters (earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, etc.) and wars/terrorism, etc. In the event of cancellation due to such reasons, tickets will not be refunded.
