Accidentalmente nos quedamos dormidos, así que llamamos al personal de la línea directa, quien rápidamente ayudó a contactar al conductor y le pidió que nos esperara un poco más. Pedí una furgoneta de 2x12 plazas, pero solo llegó una de 12 plazas. Después de esperar 20 minutos, llegó otro coche privado de 5 plazas. Ya he pagado una furgoneta de 2x12. No sé cómo klook puede reembolsarla.
