- Performance times and artist line-ups are subject to change without notice due to circumstances from the organizers or performers.
- Performers may change due to various circumstances. Please understand that cancellations due to performer changes are not possible.
- Cancellations after reservation confirmation will incur a 100% cancellation fee. Refunds are not available, so please be cautious.
- Seats will be assigned on the day of the event. Please note that it is not possible to designate specific sections or seat numbers in advance.
- Food and beverages are not allowed inside the venue (water is permitted).
- Using telephoto cameras or filming videos inside the venue is prohibited. There may be a bag check before entering the event space.
- The organizer and the host are not responsible for any loss or theft of tickets after they have been received (reissuance of tickets is not possible).
- All participants must bring their passport or alien registration card (original) on the day of the event.
- Shuttle buses will operate round-trip between Myeongdong Station and the event venue. Pickup from hotels is not available.
- The shuttle departing from the venue will be a different vehicle from the one used for departure from Seoul. Please make sure to take all your belongings when exiting.
