Ticket Purchase Conditions:

• Participants must be at least 18 years old.
• After completing your purchase, you will receive an E-Ticket via email. and use the E-Ticket to redeem a wristband at the event.
• Lost tickets will not be reissued under any circumstances.

Event Entry Conditions and Regulations:

• International participants must present a passport (copies are acceptable).
• Once attendees enter the event, re-entry is not allowed under any circumstances (No Re-entry).
• Prohibited items include drugs, weapons, sharp objects, and any items that can generate sparks.
• The organizer reserves the right to deny entry if the name in the system does not match the name on the ID card or other acceptable identification documents.
• Wristbands must be collected on the day of the event based on the ticket purchased. Wristbands cannot be collected in advance, nor can someone else collect them on behalf of the attendee.

Remarks:

• Ticket prices included the shuttle bus service.
• Once tickets are purchased, cancellations, modifications, changes, or refunds are not permitted under any circumstances (Non-refundable/Non-upgradeable).
• The organizer is not responsible for tickets purchased through unauthorized individuals or channels.
• Important: Do not share your E-Ticket QR Code or Reference number with others or on social media, as it contains personal information. The organizer will not be liable for misuse.
