El conductor sostenía un papel con mi nombre y esperaba justo frente a la entrada del vestíbulo de llegadas. Es educado y su habilidad para conducir es buena, aunque el estado de la carretera es realmente malo, con hoyos y baches.

Estimado equipo de asistencia de Klook: Lamento que el operador turístico no haya vuelto a aparecer para mi reserva (AHG495645). Tengo un correo electrónico para el soporte de Klook 6/4 y me aseguran que el operador tor vendrá en Sun. Desafortunadamente, he estado esperando en mi hotel durante 20 minutos y también NO SHOW el 7/4. Es muy peligroso tomar un tuk tuk con un viaje largo sin cobertura para el humo y el polvo alrededor. Estoy muy descontento por los segundos últimos minutos NO SHOW del operador turístico. Exijo una explicación y un reembolso por esto.
