- A 100% cancellation fee will apply to cancellations after booking confirmation. Refunds are not available, so please be aware.
- Seats will be determined on the day of the event. Advance designation of sections and seat numbers is not possible. We ask for your understanding in advance.
- Outside food and beverages are prohibited in the venue. (Water is allowed.)
- Taking photos with telephoto cameras or filming videos inside the venue is prohibited. Baggage checks may be conducted before entering the venue.
- The company and organizer are not responsible for lost or stolen tickets after receipt. (Tickets cannot be reissued.)
