El ambiente del omakase es cómodo, el chef es profesional y la comida es deliciosa.
El chef me preguntó qué no quería comer y me dijo que el menú no se podía cambiar. ¿Por qué lo preguntó? La calidad de la comida es buena, pero el servicio podría ser aún mejor, preocupándose más por lo que los clientes desean.
