For safety reasons, pregnant women and customers who are too old are not accepted for the time being. At the same time, most of the clothes are one-size-fits-all, and there are no children’s and extra-large clothes for the time being. Reservation process: consultation - check the schedule and keep a deposit on file (200 yuan/person) - confirm the receipt and registration information - successful appointment - arrive at the store (the appointment is subject to the order of payment) About time: customers who have made an appointment should arrive at the store 30 minutes before the appointment. Due to the particularity of the makeup and shooting industry, some special circumstances on holidays may require waiting. Schedule cancellation/extension: If the scheduled customer does not arrive within 30 minutes of the schedule, it will be postponed to the next customer. Please negotiate an extension as soon as possible for special circumstances. If there is no special situation and the customer does not arrive for more than 2 hours, the customer’s schedule will be canceled by default and the deposit will not be refunded. If the customer’s schedule is cancelled due to studio reasons, the deposit will be refunded + compensation of 100 yuan. About photos: The negatives will be sent within 24 hours after the filming is completed, and no refund will be made for any reason after sending. After placing an order, the store’s retouching style is accepted by default. You can send your favorite sample pictures and retouching requirements, and the pictures will be returned in about 15-20 days. If you are not satisfied with multiple modifications, 10% of the full amount will be refunded. Clothing: All clothing is genuine brand, and some are customized silk. Clothing needs to be returned after the travel shooting (you can stay at the base for 30 minutes to take selfies). Transportation: The shooting base is about 10 minutes away from the store. The two-wheeled electric vehicle can only carry 1 person. For safety, customers are requested to store the skirt when riding. Accompanying personnel can wait in the store or solve the transportation to the base by themselves. Please promptly report the problems and situations encountered to the front desk, and both parties will communicate and solve them in a friendly manner. Refuse to post without reason. If it causes reputation damage, legal responsibility will be pursued.
