- The card will be activated for you upon pick up at the airport
- Kindly indicate your pick up time and passport number upon checkout
- If your flight is delayed or canceled, please inform Klook customer service as soon as possible. The operator will reschedule your pick up time
- Please check and be sure your SIM card has been activated before leaving the counter. The refund will not be issued in any case if you leave the counter without checking
