- Please arrive at the experience location at least 20 minutes before reservation time.
- Pregnant woman cannot participate in the tour.
- Those who require hearing aids or earplugs cannot participate in the tour for the safety reasons.
- Please be cautious if you have any general disease or are in poor physical or mental condition, and please inquire when you making a reservation.
- Wearing a life jacket is mandatory, and please avoid individual activities in areas without safety guards.
- The maximum capacity is 12 people, including the captin.
- Wheelchairs and strollers cannot be fixed due to safety concerns, so they are not allowed to board. (Portable infant seats are allowed, but they cannot be fixed, so guardian’s supervision is required.)
