El autobús en sí está bien. Era espacioso, tiene una unidad de entretenimiento a bordo, bocadillos y bebidas, mantas y descansos para ir al baño. Se tarda alrededor de 2 horas desde el centro de Yangon para llegar a la estación de autobuses de Aung Mingalar. La estación de autobuses en sí es muy confusa, así que intente que su hotel se encargue de que el taxista lo deje justo en la cabina de la compañía de autobuses. De lo contrario, no podrá encontrar su camino. Sin embargo, Klook tardó un mes entero en confirmar mi boleto y solo lo obtuve justo antes de mi vuelo. Tenía que enviarles correos electrónicos constantemente para pedirles una actualización. Entiendo que se trata de un proveedor externo, pero creo que no tomaría hasta un mes confirmar 2 boletos de autobús. La experiencia no fue nada agradable. Ahora estoy en Myanmar y todavía estoy esperando otra confirmación de los boletos que compré hace más de 1 mes. NO RESERVAR!!! Hemos reservado el autobús nocturno VIP de Yangon al lago Inle anoche a las 7 p. No tengo un autobús a las 7 pm. Cuando llegamos allí, la famosa compañía de autobuses dijo que no podía encontrar nuestra reserva y que el autobús estaba completo, y que no había otros autobuses disponibles esa noche, ni siquiera a otras ciudades cercanas. Mi amigo y yo estábamos tan frustrados buscando diferentes compañías de autobuses durante más de una hora y finalmente tomamos el autobús expreso JJ a Bagan y tomamos otro vuelo nacional de regreso a Inle Lake esta mañana. Necesitamos una explicación del servicio de atención al cliente y un reembolso completo de este boleto de autobús PAGADO con todos los demás gastos que nos llevaron a Inle Lake por este servicio súper malo.
