This tour that I booked on Klook to Kazbegi was good. They did everything as promised. Guide was not audible so missed to hear about the history of Georgia while he was explaining to other tourists in the group. He also did not accompany us to Anauri castle and asked to take pics and he will explain later. I guess the guide was tired. I did book other tours with this travel agent- Tripster Ge. While this tour was good, the second tour to Vardzia was also good however the last tour to Kutaisi- Martvili canyon and Promethesus cave was not a tour at all. They gave me a shared trasnfer service. The driver did not speak english and did not stop for breakfast anywhere or toilet breaks. He also stopped at a bank for his person errand for 30 minutes. So out of 3 tours with this company, 2 were good and the last tour to Kutaisi was not. Also, I am not sure why they don't turn the air conditioning on during tours. It was hot especially for people sitting in the back.
