1. Firefly Run 2024 Hong Kong Station Participants Rules

• Participants of the Firefly Run enter the Firefly Run venue with their number badges. Notifications of the time and location for collecting race packs will be sent to participants via text message two weeks before the event;
• Please abide by all instructions and rules of the host organization and jointly maintain the order and safety of the event;
• Participants must arrive at the gathering place at the designated time and wear their number bib;
• Please do not bring any dangerous items, large backpacks, suitcases, etc. into the track and event venues;
• The use of any means of transportation, such as bicycles, skateboards, etc., is prohibited on the track;
• Please take good care of the venue facilities and decorations, and do not damage or remove any props;
• Please take good care of your personal belongings during the event. The sponsoring party is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings;
• Please abide by the track guidelines and do not change the route or take shortcuts without authorization;
• If you feel unwell, please notify the staff immediately and ask for assistance;
• Smoking is prohibited in the event venue;
• Please respect other contestants and refrain from inappropriate behavior such as pushing or obstructing others;
• Please keep the venue clean and throw garbage into the designated trash can;
• Participants in the 3km time trial must abide by relevant grouping and timing rules;
• Please use fluorescent equipment properly and do not discard it on the track;
• Participants of the Firefly Run 3KM can use the storage service provided by the organizer to store their belongings. Please carry valuables with you.

2. Admission instructions for the Fluorescent Music Festival

• The event will be in the form of QR CODE electronic tickets, and there will be no replacement of physical tickets. Each person is limited to one ticket, and a valid electronic ticket must be presented when entering;
• Electronic tickets will be used to exchange for entry wristbands at the entrance of the event venue, and staff will also wear wristbands for visitors to enter the venue. Participants are not allowed to redeem entry bracelets on behalf of others under any circumstances;
• The organizer will not replace any entry wristband that is lost, stolen, damaged or used after redemption;
• Each electronic ticket can only be used once to redeem an admission wristband. Once the QR code of the ticket is used, it will become invalid and cannot be reused;
• Visitors must enter through a specific entrance, present a valid ticket and/or admission wristband, and undergo security check before entering. This requirement also applies to ticket holders re-entering the venue;
• If the information on the ticket or admission wristband is deleted or altered, or is damaged or mutilated, the ticket holder may not be admitted;
• It is strictly prohibited to bring any outside food and drinks;
• It is strictly prohibited to bring any large items into the main stage area;
• Violation of regulations: Anyone carrying prohibited items or failing to comply with venue rules will be refused entry. It is strictly prohibited to bring the following items into the venue: i. Dangerous or harmful items (such as fireworks, aerosols, explosives, etc.) ii. Weapons of any kind iii. Any illegal drugs or illegal substances iv. Any glass products and utensils v. Anything that can produce Foam cleaning supplies (such as soap, soap, shampoo, etc.) vi. Any unauthorized water guns or any other liquid spray devices vii. Pets and other animals, animals recognized for service purposes (such as guide dogs) ) except viii. Amplifiers, loudspeakers ix. Umbrellas Flag, banner, sign or lettering;
• The following activities are strictly prohibited: i. Use of remote-controlled flying devices ii. Use of large photography and video equipment for shooting (regardless of the purpose) iii. Photography, video or any form of recording for non-personal purposes iv. At the entrance of the venue or Selling any goods or services at the venue, or displaying any goods or services for sale v. Distributing unauthorized printed materials or recordings vi. Unauthorized activities, displaying any flags, banners, signs or words, or inciting Crowds and other unauthorized public gatheringsvii. Throwing or using any objects in the venue to cause danger, unnecessary obstruction or interference with the performance, foul language or disorderly behaviorviii. Carrying out any unsafe or other activities that hinder the progress of the concert Behavior ix. Carry out any activity that hinders other spectators; Note: The organizer reserves the right to make the final decision on whether an item or activity is prohibited.
• Carrying or taking drugs inside and outside the venue is illegal. The organizer will not tolerate any illegal drug use or trading. Once discovered, relevant suspects will be banned from entering or directly expelled from the venue. The organizer will immediately Alarm handling;
• The event will be held in a standing-room format and no seats will be provided;
• Drink responsibly and never drink and drive.

3. Other matters and terms and conditions that need attention:

• There is no parking space at the venue;
• Adverse weather arrangements; a. This activity will be arranged accordingly according to the weather warning issued by the Hong Kong Observatory. In the following circumstances, the event will be canceled without refund; b. Three hours before the event starts, the Hong Kong Observatory issues a red or black rainstorm warning signal; c. Three hours before the event starts, the Hong Kong Observatory issues tropical cyclone warning signal No. 3 or above; d. If the above warning signal is issued during the event, the sponsoring party will decide whether to continue the event depending on the situation. To ensure the safety of participants, the organizer reserves the right to cancel or change the event at any time; e. If the event is canceled due to weather or force majeure, the organizer will not provide a refund, but will arrange a make-up date or alternative event. Specific arrangements will be announced within 14 working days after the event is cancelled;
• Participants should note that even if the weather warning is removed, the organizer may still cancel the event due to venue conditions or safety concerns. The final decision belongs to the lead counsel;
• Participants are requested to pay close attention to weather conditions and the latest announcements from the organizer on the day of the event. If you have any questions, please contact the lead defender;
• The Organizer assumes no financial or other liability for personal property left, lost, stolen, mutilated, confiscated, damaged or misplaced anywhere on site or during the Event;
• The organizer will not be responsible for the messages or content displayed or distributed by third parties during on-site events;
• For any person who does not comply with the above rules, the organizer reserves the right to deny such persons entry into the venue;
• All visitors must abide by the latest disease prevention and control regulations announced by the government and cooperate with the admission arrangements of the performance and exhibition venues. Otherwise, venue staff have the right to refuse entry and tickets held will not be refunded;
• The Organizer, its service providers or agents will not be liable for any loss, injury or damage to any person (including yourself) or property (including by the Organizer or its service providers or agents) caused at the Event;
• The Organizer accepts no liability for any loss related to the event or any potential change or cancellation of the event, including but not limited to the cost of any personal travel, accommodation or hospitality arrangements;
• The performers, lineup and schedule may be subject to change, and the actual performers on that day shall prevail;
• Note: After successful online registration, it cannot be replaced or returned;
• In case of any dispute, the organizer reserves the right of final decision.
