[Notes on Tickets]

• One person, one ticket. Tickets are required for admission and cannot be reused. You must present the QR code of the electronic ticket for this event when entering. You can enter after verification by the staff. Please confirm the status of your mobile phone in advance to avoid affecting your admission rights.
• This electronic ticket is regarded as a bearer negotiable security. The QR Code for admission verification can only be used once. Once it is canceled, it will become invalid. Please keep it properly. *Each ticket can only be used once.
• For refund requests, please go to the original ticket purchase channel. Overdue tickets will not be processed. Please contact Klook customer service staff for refund or exchange. *Those who qualify for free tickets should take the initiative to present their IDs for verification by service staff before entering. If they are not qualified, please purchase tickets based on their status; those who qualify for preferential status (discount tickets, love tickets) cannot request partial refunds after entering with tickets. Or subsidize the ticket difference.
• In order for the service staff to be clearly identifiable, persons with disabilities who are required to accompany them are required to enter the venue next to the persons with disabilities.

[Notes on admission]

• Please keep your personal belongings by yourself. The organizer does not provide storage services. Strollers and large luggage must be placed outside the exhibition venue according to the instructions of the staff. The organizer is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings. Please keep your belongings and valuables properly.
• It is prohibited to record or record the entire exhibition. Flashes, tripods, selfie sticks and stabilizers are not allowed. However, please respect the intellectual property rights of the organizer and the copyright of the works. You are not allowed to take commercial photos or interviews without prior permission.
• Please abide by the visiting routes, exhibition rules and on-site staff instructions. If you encounter a large crowd, please wait in line in order.
• Smoking, chewing gum and betel nut are prohibited in the exhibition hall.
• There are no restrooms or trash cans in the exhibition venue. Please use the facilities outside the exhibition venue before entering.
• It is prohibited to sell or resell tickets at the exhibition venue; if there is any inappropriate behavior and no effect after being dissuaded, you must leave the venue immediately without any objection, and no compensation or refund of ticket fees will be given.
• Pets (except guide dogs), long-handled umbrellas, and various dangerous goods and contraband are not allowed inside the exhibition venue.
• There are designated staff in the exhibition hall to maintain order within the venue. If you find any suspicious people or unknown objects, pick up lost items, or feel unwell, please notify nearby staff immediately for assistance.
• If there are any changes to the exhibition business hours and regulations, please refer to the on-site or official FB announcement. If there are any matters not covered above, the organizer reserves the right to interpret the event.
