Las habitaciones y las instalaciones son aceptables, pero el servicio no está a la altura de un hotel de 5 estrellas. 1. Solicité un check-out tardío, lo había pedido por correo electrónico, pero la respuesta oficial fue que tenía que pagar extra, etc. En realidad, solo necesitaba un sí o un no. Al final, cuando hice el check-in, me dieron una hora extra. Por este precio, en un día de semana, esta situación es inusual. 2. Ya había informado que era el cumpleaños de mi esposa, pero la tarjeta de cumpleaños en la habitación tenía mi nombre. 3. Sabiendo que la reserva la hizo un hongkonés, ¿por qué la recepción no asignó a alguien que hablara cantonés? (Escuché a alguien hablarlo). Para ser un hotel de 5 estrellas, deben prestar atención a estos detalles. 4. Reservé un paquete de hotel + buffet, pero al salir del buffet, me detuvieron diciendo que no había pagado. La falta de comunicación interna dentro del mismo hotel es inaceptable. 5. La piscina exige que los huéspedes usen gorro de baño, algo que nunca había oído. ¿Por qué no se informa a los huéspedes al reservar el hotel? ¿Quieren obligar a los huéspedes a comprar uno para ganar más dinero? Estos detalles definitivamente molestarán a los huéspedes. La publicidad dice que se posiciona al nivel de The Peninsula o Mandarin Oriental de Hong Kong, ¡pero el servicio aún está muy lejos de alcanzar ese nivel!
El servicio del hotel es bueno y el bufé de la cena es excelente.
