MUJI Diner Ginza has been reborn as a restaurant serving Italian-Mediterranean cuisine using Japanese traditions and high-quality local food. We look forward to sharing the activities that connect high-quality farmers and producers with the world in the form of "ITALIA × JAPAN × Sustainable" at the Ginza flagship store!

We use 100% domestically produced vegetables, including G.A.P certified agricultural products, and Mediterranean ingredients mainly from Italy. Regarding the sources of livestock and seafood products, we will also focus on cooperating with circular farms and G.A.P. certified merchants. For alcoholic beverages, products from high-quality producers are also carefully selected and introduced. We hope that all customers who visit can enjoy the food with peace of mind and appreciate the beauty and charm of Japan!
