[Notes on Tickets]

• Single tickets can only be used by one person and cannot be used repeatedly; double tickets require two people to enter at the same time and cannot be used separately.
• Tickets are valuable tickets, please keep them properly. If they are lost, damaged, punched, altered, defaced, photocopied or torn, or otherwise unrecognizable or expired, they will be deemed invalid and will not be returned or exchanged. Reissue.
• Children under 3 years old can enter for free and must present relevant ID. If you do not bring ID, your height will be judged by whether you are over 90 centimeters; age is calculated based on your actual age on the day of the visit. Underage children must be accompanied by a ticketed adult.
• Those who qualify for free tickets should take the initiative to present their ID for verification by the staff before entering. If they are not eligible, please purchase tickets based on their status; those who qualify for preferential status (preferential tickets, love tickets) cannot request partial refunds after entering with tickets. Or subsidize the ticket difference.
• In order for the service staff to be clearly identifiable, persons with disabilities who are required to accompany them are required to enter the venue next to the persons with disabilities.
• Tickets are valid during the exhibition period (ends on April 6, 2025), and will be deemed invalid if expired. If you need a refund, please go to the original ticket purchase channel to complete the process before the exhibition closes on April 6, 2025. Overdue tickets will not be accepted. For refund processing methods, please refer to the refund regulations of the original ticket purchase channel. The handling fees and postage incurred for refunds , The remittance fee will be borne by the party that refunds the check.
• When purchasing a ticket package (including tickets for two people, three people, etc.), please note that the package package is complete and unused before the entire package can be refunded.
• The exhibition venue only accepts refunds for tickets sold at on-site ticket booths. Complete and unused tickets, invoices, credit card signatures, etc. must be submitted for processing.
• If there are any changes to the exhibition business hours and various regulations, please refer to the on-site or official fan club announcements. If there are any outstanding matters in the above matters, the organizer reserves the right to interpret the event.

• The organizer does not provide storage services. Strollers and large luggage must be placed outside the exhibition venue according to the instructions of the staff. The organizer is not responsible for personal property losses. Please keep your belongings and valuables properly.
• The lighting in the exhibition venue is relatively dim due to the planning requirements of the exhibition content. Please pay attention to the safety of yourself, your companions and other visitors. Parents are asked to supervise children when visiting to ensure their safety.
• To protect copyright, some exhibits in the venue are not open for photography and video recording. In order to safeguard the rights and interests of others visiting the exhibition, it is prohibited to use flash, fill-light equipment, tripods, selfie sticks, stabilizers and other auxiliary equipment when taking photos or recording videos. You are not allowed to take commercial photos or interviews without prior permission.
• There are no restrooms or trash cans in the exhibition hall. Please use the restrooms outside the exhibition hall before entering.
• Eating, chasing, playing, smoking, chewing gum and betel nut, etc. are prohibited in the exhibition venue. Please do not bring food, drinks, pets (except guide dogs), long-handled umbrellas, any contraband and other items that are deemed dangerous by the staff. Item entry.
• It is prohibited to slap or touch exhibits and showcases in the exhibition hall. If there is any damage to the exhibits and related facilities of the exhibition hall, compensation must be paid according to the price.
• Please follow the relevant regulations of the visit and the instructions of the staff. If you fail to follow the instructions and do not intend to improve after being persuaded, resulting in injuries, damage, losses and other disputes, the organizer will not be responsible for the relevant responsibility, and the organizer has the right to ask to leave the venue , ticket fees will not be refunded or reimbursed.
• It is prohibited to sell or resell tickets at the exhibition venue; if there is any inappropriate behavior and no effect after being dissuaded, you must leave the venue immediately without any objection, and no compensation or refund of ticket fees will be given.
• There are designated staff in the exhibition hall to maintain order within the venue. If you find any suspicious people or unknown objects, pick up lost items, or feel unwell, please notify nearby staff immediately for assistance.
• If you need to re-enter the venue after leaving, you can stamp the repeat entry stamp at the exit of the exhibition venue and queue up at the entrance again. However, entry and exit to the exhibition are only allowed during the exhibition business hours on that day.
• If there are large crowds in the exhibition hall, please wait in line in order.
• In order to maintain the quality and safety of the exhibition, crowd control will be implemented when the number of visitors to the exhibition venue reaches the upper limit. Please follow the instructions of the staff and wait in order at the entrance.
