Luggage Information
- Extra fees may apply for oversized and/or additional luggage. Please pay any extra fees directly to the operator
- Each passenger may only bring 2 standard-size suitcases and 1 small carry-on due to the limited luggage space on the vehicle. No single bag may weigh more than 27kg (60lbs)
- If you will be bringing special luggage or odd-shaped baggage such as baby strollers, wheelchairs, sports equipment, musical instruments, etc., it is highly recommended that you book a private transfer
- Likewise, a private transfer will be required for passengers have an excessive amount of checked luggage or multiple large boxes. Passenger will be required to pay the difference in cash between the cost of private ride service and net rate of Klook issuing voucher

- Children aged 0-15 must be accompanied by a paying adult
- Children aged 0-5 must be secured in a child safety seat. Please bring one as it is the parent's or caregiver's responsibility
