Una muy buena experiencia. Aunque la tienda es pequeña, los productos son bastante satisfactorios. La señora que ayuda con la cocina habla chino y presenta en detalle el contenido de cada plato, lo cual es genial👍🏻. La tempura tiene un sabor excelente y, finalmente, hay arroz a la piedra y helado, ambos únicos. Definitivamente está bien si estás lleno.
¡El chef Fujikawa fue increíble! Toda la experiencia fue inolvidable. Cada plato, cada presentación y el sabor fueron increíbles. ¡Realmente creo que se merece más de una estrella!
La comida tiene un cierto nivel de calidad, pero el estándar de una estrella Michelin es un poco exagerado. El chef no intentó comunicarse con los clientes que no hablaban japonés en ningún momento. La actitud del personal de servicio es atenta, se puede probar.
