Please arrive 10 minutes before departure; the tour will start on time. Performance schedules and artists may change without notice; cancellations due to changes in performers are not accepted. Seats are randomly assigned on the day—no advance requests. Cancellations after reservation confirmation incur a 100% fee—no refunds. Bring your passport or alien registration certificate (original) on the day. This ticket is for foreigners only (Native Koreans cannot reserve). No food or drink allowed in the concert hall, except water. Telephoto camera and video recording are prohibited; baggage may be inspected. Lost tickets cannot be reissued; neither our company nor the host is responsible. Minors must have parental consent to reserve. Dissolution is limited to Hongdae or Myeongdong Stations—no hotel drop-offs. Personal travel insurance is not included; guests must assess their own health and ability. The company is not liable for injuries or damages from accidents or unforeseen events.
