Esta es una reseña de una estrella porque cuando llegué al restaurante, no había ninguna reserva a mi nombre. Compartí los detalles de la reserva y el código QR con el personal del restaurante, quienes revisaron repetidamente y dijeron que no tenían reservas a nombre de nadie que no fuera coreano ese día. Klook se negó a reembolsar la tarifa de reserva diciendo que el proveedor "confirmó que habían hecho las reservas". Ahorre su dinero y no se moleste en usar este servicio; es increíblemente estresante cuando se viaja con la familia y los niños; un servicio que se supone que ayuda, solo crea más estrés.
