Ticket purchase instructions:

• According to Article 9 of the "Items that should be recorded and not recorded in the formal contract for art and cultural performance tickets" stipulated by the Ministry of Culture regarding refund and exchange application and handling fees, the executive unit shall follow "Plan 2: Tickets can be refunded within 3 days after purchase. Tickets are non-refundable from the 4th day onwards, and the refund fee is capped at 5% of the face value.』
• This event requires a ticket to enter, one person, one vote. An activity bracelet will be provided after ticket verification.
• Single-day tickets and double-day tickets are open at 14:00, and the anime music festival starts at 16:00
• After entering the venue, you will wear a corresponding bracelet, which will be used for identification in the venue. Please be sure to wear the bracelet at all times during the event. If a person is found not wearing an activity bracelet at the venue, the organizer will announce the ticket price on the spot. Amount charge
• Holders of double-day tickets will be redeemed for a double-day bracelet. Please keep the bracelet intact after the first day of the event. When entering the venue on the second day, please show the bracelet again for admission verification.

Precautions:

• If the organizer detects any violation or serious obstruction to others, the organizer has the right to ask the violator to leave the venue and prohibit re-entry. The organizer shall not be required to refund tickets.
• To ensure smooth transportation for everyone entering and leaving the venue, it is recommended to take public transportation. This event will also provide free shuttle service (Flower Expo -> Children's Play)
• When using a retractable selfie stick, please pay attention to the safety of people and things around you and do not affect others. If it causes trouble to others, the organizer has the right to confiscate it and will not return it.
• In the event of natural disasters or force majeure, the organizer reserves the right to adjust or terminate event content and artist rights on a temporary basis
• First-time admission requires staff to wear the wristband of the day. With the wristband of the day, you can enter and exit freely on the same day. If the wristband is damaged, the organizer has the right to refuse further entry.
• Please do not damage or sell the bracelet to others. Once found, report it to the police immediately and report it immediately.
• If the ticket is lost, damaged, or the information cannot be recognized or the ticket is not brought, no reissue or refund will be issued. Please purchase a new ticket to enter.
• The autograph meeting is not an event that all artists will participate in. Please pay attention to the official announcement and make adjustments based on the on-site conditions.
