- Solo city chartered services are only offered to and from cities that are in the same area group (e.g. Areas A: Taipei-Keelung or Areas F: Kaohsiung to Pingtung) -Crosstown charter services are only offered to and from cities that are not in the same area group, but with an addtional fees (e.g Areas A to Areas B or Areas A to Areas D)
- Please note: The Central Mountain Range stretches from the north of Taiwan to the south, bisecting western (Areas A, B, C, D,F) and eastern (Areas G, H, I) areas. Due to this, crossing from west to east and vice versa will not be available for crosstown charter services
- Places not covered under the service: Lishan, Fushoushan, Hehuanshan, and Aowanda National Forest Recreation Are
- You will be notified of driver's information via email a day prior to your scheduled booking; please be reminded to contact our customer service in the event you do not receive the notification
- According to Taiwan law, all children aged 0-3 must be secured in an approved child safety seat according to their size and age. It is recommended to reserve child seats in advance if you are traveling with children

Gran experiencia, tanto el auto como el conductor son geniales. El conductor es muy amable y atento, hace que las personas se sientan a gusto. También discutió y sugirió el itinerario con nosotros antes del viaje. El servicio es realmente bueno.
Después de realizar el pedido, no recibí un mensaje sobre el alquiler del automóvil hasta el día antes de usarlo. Cuando pregunté al servicio de atención al cliente, el servicio de atención al cliente en otras regiones respondió, diciendo que me darían seguimiento y me responderían, pero no hubo respuesta hasta el mismo día. Ese mismo día volví a preguntar al servicio de atención al cliente y lo reemplacé con un servicio de atención al cliente local para responder. Finalmente, se resolvió. Sin embargo, el servicio de atención al cliente que me dijo que lo rastrearía el día anterior me respondió diciendo que no se pudo rastrear, y también escribió mal mi nombre. Esta parte ¡Muy insatisfecho! ¿Por qué la información es confusa? En cuanto a la parte del automóvil alquilado, es muy buena, el automóvil es grande y cómodo, pero la respuesta lenta a los mensajes afecta el estado de ánimo de viaje.
¡El conductor fue muy amable! Me prestó un paraguas y me compró un impermeable para ponerme. ¡Tocaste una canción taiwanesa y fue muy agradable escucharla! En el camino a Sensebb, explicó el edificio y condujo muy rápido. Eres el mejor conductor absoluto.
El conductor fue puntual y atento. Recomendaría el servicio especialmente cuando viaje con un grupo de amigos y familias. Le envié mis itinerarios al conductor el día anterior y me ayudó a sugerir rutas que se adaptaran mejor a todo lo que necesitamos para el día.
Esta vez llevé a los ancianos a un viaje. El conductor, el hermano Zhou, es muy considerado y presta atención a las necesidades de los ancianos. Muchas gracias. Quería dejar que el conductor volviera a descansar antes, pero no lo hice. Presta atención al Túnel de Baguashan. Caminé de ida y vuelta 3 veces. Es un pequeño episodio de este viaje. 😂😂😂
El conductor tiene muy buen servicio, es tranquilo, viene a recogernos a tiempo y además nos recomienda lugares interesantes.
Durante el Año Nuevo Chino, puede tomar un automóvil alquilado para experimentar un viaje de un día a Tainan. Es realmente conveniente subir y bajar del autobús en cualquier lugar. Sería mejor si el conductor pudiera conocer el orden de los itinerario con antelación.
El coche era muy cómodo para que los cuatro viajáramos por Tainan durante un día. El conductor fue muy puntual y profesional. No habla mucho, pero responde preguntas, lo cual es muy bueno.
Nuestra conductora asignada era Fanny, un espectáculo raro para ver a una mujer conductora en Taiwán. Ella me envió un mensaje de texto un día antes y se aseguró de dónde está nuestra ubicación y queremos ir. ¡Era una charlatana extremadamente amigable! Nos llevó a su café favorito. Disfrutamos de su compañía y recomendaciones en el camino. ¡Super guay! ¡Muy recomendable!
El conductor fue agradable. Condujo desde Taipei temprano en la mañana durante 2 horas hasta Taichung para buscarnos. Pero parece haber un problema con la comunicación del operador, ya que no se nos informó que el conductor hizo una solicitud para traer a su novia. Aparte de eso, todo estuvo bien.
