being a solo traveler I preferred to have private tour for hassle free journey .. the tour guide Anne was so polite and he really helped out to take pictures as many as I asked for .. we covered almost all tourist places in bintan . thanks a lot for your support .

Luckily, we booked this tour! They contacted us a day before to confirm all the details. Our driver and tour guide, Rafie, picked us up from Tanjung Uban Ferry Terminal. He was helpful, kind, and flexible throughout the trip. I definitely recommend booking this tour if you only have a day trip to Bintan, and I highly recommend Rafie as your tour guide. 👍🏻 He even accompanied us to the ferry terminal and made sure we boarded the speedboat back to Batam safely.

Nuestro conductor es amable y simpático, nos llevó a lugares fantásticos en Bintan. En general, fue una experiencia muy agradable para una excursión de un día.

Nuestro guía, Made, fue extremadamente profesional a pesar de mi error al proporcionar el número de habitación, lo que provocó una demora. Estaba bien informado y era paciente; ¡ni una sola vez sentimos que nos apresuraran durante el viaje! Además, ¡siempre estaba dispuesto a ayudarnos a tomar algunas fotografías! El equipo administrativo de Traveling Bintan también estuvo muy atento durante todo el día. En general, fue una excursión de un día agradable fuera del área del complejo turístico y vale la pena considerarla si es la primera vez que visita la isla.

A big thank you to our guide Tommy! It was a very wet day but we made the most of our time checking out the areas that were accessible that day. Tommy made sure to make last minute adjustments to the days plan and substituted in a massage stop for one of the activities we couldn't access due to the rain. Would highly recommend this tour with a professional and friendly guide!

Strongly recommend ! Our driver guide, Deddy provides very good service. He arrives at our hotel lobby early to pick us up. Deddy is also very patient and polite. He is always on standby to take photos for us and waited for us when we took our own sweet time shopping away. Even though it was raining almost the whole day, my hubby & I really enjoyed ourself.

I recently visited Bintan and had the pleasure of hiring Mr. Deddy as our tour guide, and it was truly a wonderful experience. Throughout the tour, he was very informative and shared a lot of interesting insights about the places we visited. He was also incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel comfortable and well taken care of the entire time. Mr. Deddy went the extra mile by recommending great spots and activities, which really enhanced our trip. He even helped take photos for us, making sure we captured memorable moments without any hassle.
