We ordered a private van. The van was advertised as air-conditioned however it was not.

Me recogieron 10 minutos después de la hora acordada, pero está bien, ya que fuimos los últimos en ser elegidos. El aire acondicionado está bien, es posible que necesite una pequeña reparación, pero aún no está roto. El transporte fue rápido y nos dejaron en el destino acordado.
The Van we got should be retired already - throw straight to junk. Aircondition is non-existent. It usually blows warm air and all of us are sweating like pigs. I have to improvise a fan to cool off my wife who got dizzy and we have to open the windows to let natural breeze to come in. I suggest that the management inspect all of their vans and either upgrade it or replace it if it is not up to standards anymore. I know, not all of their vans are like this but we were unfortunate to ride a dilapidated one. Also, they picked us late - after 30 minutes of agreed pick-up time. 2 stars because at least we made it safe.
Horrible experience. The driver was very bad and after 30min the van broke. We waited about 1 hour in the sun when another van came and we changed all luggage. The other van with another driver also broke after 20 minutes. Then, a pickup came in which we had to fit with 10 persons even though there were just 5 sits. It was quite dangerous and they even wanted us to pay 50pesos each. After the van brought us to another van station and we changed Van again, it was too full and no space for no one. The drive was horrible and I became very sick at the stomach. We arrived too late and the day was over. The couple next to us also told us the same thing happened to them two days ago and now again. Very disappointing.

La recogida fue puntual, solicité un asiento reservado y me lo concedieron. El conductor fue muy amable con nosotros. La camioneta era mejor que la que usamos el otro día. Aunque un poco viejo pero funciona bien.
I booked a lot in Klook every time I travel but this one was very disappointing. The pick up was late, we were supposed to depart by 1:30 but at 1:30 we were still on our way to the Van that will be used going to Sabang. Van used going to Sabang is the worst. The aircon was broken, cosidering the travel time is 2hrs, we had to endure it. We ended up opening the windows. I asked the driver if AC is broken and he said the fan was too slow. I just hoped the Van operator would check it first for the comfort of its passengers.

si planea ir a sabang, esta es la mejor y más barata manera. la furgoneta no es nueva pero cómoda naman. felicitaciones a nuestro conductor porque hizo que nuestro viaje fuera más cómodo y seguro ❤
Apretado y sudoroso pero rápido y barato. La recogida mediante un traslado desde el aeropuerto fue perfecta. ¡Definitivamente no se moleste en pagar por un traslado privado a menos que tenga dinero para gastar!
